Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of DoDup, including dodup.com, the DoDup mobile app, games, creator tools, profiles and related services operated by AUS2001 LLC.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use DoDup only with permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Community safety

DoDup is a gaming platform for players and creators. You may not upload, post, share or promote harmful, illegal, hateful, sexual, exploitative, harassing, deceptive, malware-like or unsafe content. We may remove content, restrict discovery, shadow-limit distribution, suspend features or ban accounts to protect users and the platform.

3. User-generated content

You keep ownership of content you upload, but you grant DoDup a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, adapt for technical delivery, moderate, promote and make your content available through the platform. You must have the rights to anything you upload.

4. Creator uploads

Creator uploads may be scanned, reviewed, rejected, removed or limited for safety, security, copyright, quality or age-appropriateness. DoDup does not guarantee that uploaded games will be published or remain available.

5. Reports, moderation and enforcement

Users can report games, comments, users, chat or assets and can block users in social surfaces. DoDup may review reports and take action based on severity, repeat behavior, legal risk and child-safety considerations. Abuse of reporting tools may itself lead to enforcement.

6. Purchases and payments

Web payments may be processed by Stripe where allowed. Native iOS and Android store builds do not use Stripe for digital coins, subscriptions or app features. Store builds require Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing before those digital purchases can be enabled inside the app. Payment availability, refunds and entitlements depend on the platform and applicable store rules.

7. Account deletion

Registered users can request deletion in account settings or by contacting support@dodup.com. Some records may be retained where legally required or necessary for safety, fraud prevention, moderation history or payment disputes.

8. Availability and changes

DoDup may change, suspend or discontinue features, games, content, rewards, social systems or creator tools. We aim to keep the service reliable, but availability is not guaranteed.

9. Prohibited conduct

  • No attempts to bypass moderation, security controls, rate limits or age/safety systems.
  • No scraping, spam, phishing, malware, cheating, exploit distribution or account abuse.
  • No impersonation, copyright infringement or misuse of another person's personal information.
