This Privacy Policy explains how AUS2001 LLC operates DoDup and handles personal data for dodup.com and the DoDup mobile app.

1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

Account data such as email address, username, display name and avatar.
Authentication data from login providers such as Google, Apple or Discord when you choose to use them.
Gameplay and platform data such as games played, likes, comments, reports, creator uploads, profile settings and progress.
Device and technical data such as IP address, browser/app version, pages visited, performance diagnostics, crash/error signals and security logs.
Age group and safety preferences used to adapt game discovery and child-safety experiences.
Payment-related data processed by Stripe or Apple, depending on platform and purchase type. DoDup does not store full card numbers.

3. Why we use data

To provide accounts, games, profiles, creator tools and social features.
To protect users through moderation, reports, abuse detection, spam prevention and account security.
To personalize discovery, recommendations, age-appropriate experiences and performance settings.
To operate payments where enabled, support requests, legal compliance, analytics and product improvement.

4. Children and teens

DoDup includes age-group experiences and safety controls. We aim to collect only the data needed to provide age-appropriate gameplay and safety features. Parents or guardians can request deletion or review of account data by contacting support@dodup.com.

5. User-generated content and moderation

Games, comments, reports, usernames, avatars and creator uploads may be reviewed by automated systems and human moderators. We may restrict, remove, shadow-limit or ban content/accounts when needed for safety, legal compliance or platform integrity.

6. Cookies, local storage and analytics

DoDup uses cookies and local storage for sessions, preferences, onboarding, gameplay progress and security. Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics cookies through the cookie banner. Some storage is required for login, security and core app functionality.

7. Third-party providers

We use trusted providers for hosting, authentication, database, payments where enabled, analytics, app delivery and infrastructure. These may include Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, Apple, Google and GitHub. Providers process data only as needed to deliver the service or meet legal/security requirements.

8. International transfers

DoDup is operated from the United States and may use providers in other countries. We use contractual, technical and organizational safeguards where required.

9. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, payment disputes, moderation history or platform integrity.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of your data. Registered users can request account deletion in settings. You can also contact support@dodup.com.

11. App Store privacy disclosures

The App Store privacy labels must match this policy and the actual app behavior. Before each release, DoDup reviews collected data categories, tracking status and linked data use.
